Hotel Grand Crystal Alor Setar, Alor Setar

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, but they definitely showed their age with issues like a broken lamp and leaking water. While the service staff was attentive and friendly, the overall hygiene felt a bit lacking. The location was decent, with a shopping mall nearby, but I wish the hotel had been more comfortable for the price I paid.
